Why did you choose to work with IHR?
We were looking to raise brand awareness within the industry, and of course we were looking to network with in-house recruiters, which is our target audience. We knew IHR have the largest and most engaged community, so it was a good place for us to exhibit at, have good conversations and ultimately generate leads.

What was the recommended solution?
Exhibiting at Live events was recommended, we had opted for silver stands at all of IHR’s Live events in 2023 across Birmingham, Manchester, London and Bristol so we were able to cover most of the country. The opportunity to get in front of the audience during speaking opportunities was also recommended, and is what persuaded us.
What have been your highlights?
The audience engagement and being in front of the right people. It’s great to have our branding out there and being there in person to answer questions from attendees, which makes a difference. We can showcase our platform and share the benefits face-to-face, which is much easier. We generally attract a large audience to our speaker slots which is amazing to see. Last year we added QR codes to our presentations as a lead generation tool which worked really well for us.
